- I have been fighting for my 3 children from 1997 until 2007, so I can relate to parents who are fighting against the Ministry for Children and Families! I have such personal knowlege of the "child proctection" system in British Columbia! I was forced to represent my self at Supreme Court and took my case to the court of appeal! I keep fighting and I won't back down because I love my children they keep me going they are my inspiration and so fighting for parents! I belive that the system needs to hange, as dose the law because parents rights aren't being protected! I belive that if we work to gether we can we will have justice!
The Ministry for children and Family development do lie regards to documents they file in court about you and this needs to stop now. They get children this way as this what they did to me. There is a nother case and the mother has been in court for 92 days the Ministry gave custody of her children to her abusive ex who sexually assaulted them. Why because the MCFD accused her of being mentally ill! The MCFD must be made accountable for their actions. They never are until now because when a child removed for serious protection concerns The MCFD or anyone who has made a false child protection concern should be treated just as serious so far it is not the case and this is why I am fighting because MCFD lied and said I was mentally ill or Hanicapped and I was power less. The Ministry will be very intimidating to cover up thier lies about you oh what a Tangled web they we when first they do deceive I don't like this as not acceptable. Why the hell can they remove children when they remove them falsely because the MCFD has way to much power and they abuse that power the truth is going to come out eventually how many mothers have they done this to?
